500 grams of Tofu
1 ½ liter of Water
Kombu
3 Onions
2 tablespoons of Dashi
2 tablespoons of Mirin
10 milliliters of Soy sauce
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by boiling water in a pot for 5 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, add the kombu and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : While the kombu is cooking, chop the onions and tofu.
Step 4 : Sauté them in a pan with a little oil for 2 minutes.
Step 5 : Next, add mirin, dashi, and soy sauce to the sautéed kombu and onions, and continue sautéing for another 3 minutes.
Step 6 : Add the sautéed mixture to the pot with the kombu and cook for 5 minutes.
