Ingredients

4 Cloves of garlic

2 liters of Water

2 Onions

35 grams of Dashima seaweed

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

500 grams of Ramen

250 grams of Tofu

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The noodles are cooked in a pot with water, oil, and salt for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, onions, garlic cloves, seaweed, and tofu are sautéed in a pan with oil for 3 minutes.

Step 3 : Finally, the tofu sauté is mixed with the noodles and everything is cooked together for another 2 minutes.
