Ingredients

3 Onions

2 Radishes

200 grams of Pork

2 Carrots

2 Potatoes

500 milliliters of Dashi

Olive oil

2 tablespoons of Miso

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by peeling the carrots and potatoes.

Step 2 : Then, cut them into small pieces and mix with the radishes and onions, which have also been previously chopped.

Step 3 : This mixture is cooked in a pot with a little water and simmered for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : In another pot, add water, oil, dashi, and the pork.

Step 5 : Cook this mixture for 20 minutes until the meat is ready.

Step 6 : After 20 minutes, pour the vegetable mixture into the pot with the pork.

Step 7 : Add miso and cook everything together for another 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

Step 8 : Once ready, serve this delicious dish and enjoy in the company of loved ones.
