Ingredients

100 grams of Noodles

15 Mushrooms

1 Celery leaf

2 Onions

1 Tofu

30 milliliters of Soy sauce

1 pinch of Salt

200 Grams of peanut butter

200 milliliters of Water

10 milliliters of Lemon juice

2 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic cloves, water, and peanut butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Step 2 : In a pot, combine the celery leaf, onions, and mushrooms, cooking for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3 : Cut the meat and place it in the pot along with the noodles, tofu, and a little water.

Step 4 : Cook for 5 minutes.
