Salmon Soup
Ingredients
500 grams of Salmon
200 milliliters of Chicken broth
2 Onions
3 Potatoes
1 Celery stalk
Avocado oil
Lemon zest
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet with oil, sauté the onions and celery for 2 minutes.
Step 2 : In a pot, add the chopped potatoes, chicken broth, and cooked salmon, then cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the onion sauté, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the pot with the salmon, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
