Chanko nabe
Ingredients
100 milliliters of Soy sauce
6 cups of Beef broth
3 tablespoons of Sugar
1 pinch of Pepper
150 grams of Chicken
3 Garlic cloves
4 Onions
3 Eggs
150 grams of Cooked fish
150 grams of Cooked pork meat
100 grams of Mushrooms
150 grams of Cooked rice

Step 1 : In a pot, combine the beef broth with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, then set aside the mixture.
