Ingredients

¼ cup of Wheat flour

¼ cup of Sugar

4 Eggs

150 milliliters of Whole milk

1 Egg

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 Large banana

Preparation

Step 1 : First, separate the whites from the yolks of 4 eggs.

Step 2 : In a bowl, beat the yolks and add half of the sugar, continuing to beat.

Step 3 : In another bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and incorporate the remaining sugar until ready.

Step 4 : Next, gently fold the yolks and egg whites together using a folding motion.

Step 5 : Gradually incorporate the sifted flour until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 6 : Pour this mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Step 7 : Meanwhile, mash a ripe banana and mix it with milk, cornstarch, sugar, and a beaten egg.

Step 8 : Cook the mixture until it thickens, then refrigerate for a day to set.
