25 milliliters of Water
250 grams of Shiroan
15 grams of Rice flour
Edible red colorant

Step 1 : In a pot, mix the water with the rice flour, stirring vigorously for a couple of minutes.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the shiroan until the desired consistency is achieved, then remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3 : Next, add the colorant to the water, mixing until obtaining a nearly pink liquid.
Step 4 : Finally, incorporate the shiroan with the colorant into the flour mixture.
