Mochi
Ingredients
2 cups of Sugar
6 Strawberries
1 ½ cup of Water
100 milliliters of Whipped cream, milk, or condensed milk
80 grams of Chocolate
360 grams of Mochi flour
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, heat the chocolate and add the cream until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Step 2 : In a bowl, place the flour and gradually add water, then add the mochi or glutinous flour and stir well.
Step 3 : Add the sugar and mix.
Step 4 : Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 5 : Remove, stir well, and microwave again for 2 more minutes.
Step 6 : Continue mixing the dough and spread it on a floured surface.
Step 7 : Cut into circles and set aside.
Step 8 : Slice the strawberries in half and dip each half into the chocolate.
Step 9 : Then, place the chocolate-covered strawberry halves on the flattened dough circles and close like little balls.
Step 10 : Refrigerate, and once cold, they are ready to be enjoyed.
