Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Water

1 can of Sweetened condensed milk

5 grams of Coffee

25 grams of Sugar

5 grams of Gelatin

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, mix the water, coffee, and sugar.

Step 2 : Dissolve everything very well and cook over low heat.

Step 3 : Next, dissolve the gelatin in a little water and add it to the pot, stirring very well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 4 : Once the mixture is ready, divide it into individual molds and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 5 hours.

Step 5 : In the blender, blend the cream cheese with the condensed milk.

Step 6 : Then, cut the gelatin into small cubes and place them in cups or glasses.

Step 7 : Finally, pour over the previously blended cream cheese mixture.
