4 Eggs

3 tablespoons of Honey

3 tablespoons of Sugar

20 milliliters of Milk

100 grams of Wheat flour

Preparation

Step 1 : To start the recipe, beat the eggs and then add the sugar and flour.

Step 2 : It's important to mix very well for a couple of minutes to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Step 3 : Once this stage is complete, proceed to add the honey and milk to the flour mixture, making sure to mix well for an additional minute.

Step 4 : Then, pour the mixture into a mold lined with aluminum foil to prevent sticking.

Step 5 : Bake at 160°C (320°F) for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 6 : Once the baking time is over, remove the dessert from the mold and let it cool properly.

Step 7 : Once at room temperature, it is recommended to slice it into pieces for serving and enjoyment.
