Ingredients

½ kilogram of Chicken breast

100 milliliters of Soy sauce

¼ cup of Sake

10 milliliters of Japanese wine

2 tablespoons of Sugar

2 Garlic cloves

4 Onions

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

Grated ginger

2 Bell peppers

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first chop the garlic cloves and the 2 onions, then combine them with the grated ginger.

Step 2 : In a pot, place the sake, wine, sugar, and the chicken breast cut into medium-sized pieces, then cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, cut the bell peppers and the other 2 onions, then sauté them for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Once the sautéed chicken is cooked and cut, assemble the skewers by placing pieces of sautéed chicken, onion, and bell peppers on each skewer.

Step 5 : Finally, insert the skewers into a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes.

Step 6 : Once ready, serve and enjoy.
