Ingredients

2 Nori seaweed

1 cup of Rice

150 grams of Salmon

1 Avocado

10 milliliters of Apple cider vinegar

10 grams of Sugar

10 milliliters of Soy sauce

Grated ginger

Sesame seeds

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the sushi, first bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the rice for 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Once ready, set aside.

Step 3 : In another pot, combine the sugar and vinegar, and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, spread the rice over the seaweed, leaving space at the top, and flip it over.

Step 5 : Next, peel the avocado and cut it along with the salmon, placing the pieces on one half of the seaweed.

Step 6 : Finally, roll it up with the help of a bamboo mat and decorate with ginger, toasted sesame seeds, wasabi, and soy sauce.

Step 7 : The sushi is ready to serve and enjoy.
