500 grams of Udon noodles

200 grams of Pork loin

2 Leeks

2 Onions

10 milliliters of Vegetable broth

10 milliliters of Rice wine

10 milliliters of Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cut the pork loin into small pieces and sauté them for 5 minutes.
