300 grams of Rice

250 milliliters of Water

2 Nori seaweed

1 Avocado

1 Carrot

1 Leek

½ Salmon

50 grams of Tuna

Sugar

Soy sauce

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first cook the rice in a pot with water for half an hour until it is ready.

Step 2 : Once cooked, set it aside.

Step 3 : In a pan, sauté the vinegar, sugar, and salt for 2 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, cut the nori seaweed in half.

Step 5 : Next, cut the avocado, leek, and carrot into small pieces.

Step 6 : Also, cut the salmon and mix it with the tuna.

Step 7 : Place the rice with the vegetables and vinegar sauce on the seaweed, roll it with a mat, and decorate with soy sauce.
