Ingredients

3 Garlic cloves

1 kilogram of Mussel

200 grams of Cheese

10 milliliters of White wine

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

3 tablespoons of Butter

500 grams of Spaghetti

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with a little oil and butter, sauté the garlic cloves with salt and pepper to taste for 3 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, add the wine to the garlic sofrito and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, boil the mussels in water for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Once ready, mix the garlic sofrito with the mussels and remove from heat.

Step 5 : In another pot with water and salt to taste, cook the spaghetti for 30 minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, mix the mussels in sauce with the spaghetti and serve.
