Pork Gyoza
Ingredients
2 Garlic cloves
2 Onions
1 cup of Gyoza dough
250 grams of Cooked pork meat
1 pinch of Salt
1 Chili pepper
10 milliliters of Soy sauce
10 milliliters of Vinegar
5 milliliters of Sake
Olive oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the gyozas, start by chopping the onions along with the garlic cloves and adding a bit of grated ginger.
Step 2 : Sauté this mixture in a pan with oil for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3 : In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the chopped chili along with soy sauce, sake, and vinegar for another 2 minutes, then set aside.
Step 4 : Next, roll out the gyoza dough and divide it into portions.
Step 5 : Fill each gyoza with a bit of pork, the garlic sauté, and finally the soy mixture.
Step 6 : Close each gyoza and fry in a pan with a little oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 7 : Once ready, the gyozas are served and ready to be enjoyed.
