½ kilogram of Pre-cooked rice

4 Nori seaweed sheets

2 Pre-cooked chopped plantains

Grated ginger

Wasabi

Bamboo sushi rolling mat

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare sushi, first expand the nori sheets and cut each in half.

Step 2 : Next, place one half of a nori sheet on the bamboo mat.

Step 3 : On top of the nori, add a little rice and place a strip of plantain over it.

Step 4 : On the edges of the nori, add wasabi and roll using the bamboo mat to form the sushi.

Step 5 : Repeat this process until all nori sheets are used.

Step 6 : Finally, garnish the sushi with grated ginger before serving.
