Cucumber Sushi
Ingredients
3 Cucumbers
2 Tomatoes
2 Sweet chili peppers
4 Nori seaweed sheets
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
3 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, peel and chop the cucumbers into small pieces, as well as the tomatoes.
