Ingredients

200 grams of Chicken

10 milliliters of Soy sauce

10 milliliters of Sake

2 Garlic cloves

Grated ginger

2 Apples

1 liter of Water

1 cup of Sushi rice

1 Carrot

1 tablespoon of Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Mustard

1 pinch of Salt

1 Broccoli

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The preparation begins by cooking the rice in a pot with water until it evaporates.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, cut the carrot and add vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Set this mixture aside.

Step 4 : In another pot, boil the broccoli and after cooking, cool it with some cold water.

Step 5 : In a separate skillet with a little oil, cook the chicken adding sake, garlic cloves, ginger, salt, and pepper to taste until golden.

Step 6 : In another pot, boil water with salt and apple pieces for two minutes.

Step 7 : To finish, combine the apple pieces, salad, rice, broccoli, and chicken in a large container, mix everything well, and serve.
