Ingredients

2 cups of Rice

3 cups of Water

2 Avocados

4 Nori seaweed sheets

2 tablespoons of Vinegar

10 milliliters of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 tablespoon of Salt

Bamboo mat

Wasabi

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this maki, first cook the rice in a pot with water over medium heat for half an hour and then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, mix vinegar with sugar and heat the mixture for a couple of minutes; then combine it with the previously cooked rice.

Step 3 : To assemble the sushi rolls, place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat and fill with a little rice, thin slices of avocado, and wasabi to taste.

Step 4 : Roll up the roll with the help of the bamboo mat and repeat the process with all the seaweed sheets.

Step 5 : To serve, cut the maki into portions and accompany with a little soy sauce on top.
