Yakisoba
Ingredients
500 grams of Yakisoba noodles
250 grams of Shredded chicken
3 Garlic cloves
3 Onions
2 Bell peppers
2 Carrots
15 milliliters of Soy sauce
1 pinch of Salt
Vegetable oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cook the noodles in a pot with water, chopped carrots, and salt for 15 minutes.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a skillet with oil, brown the garlic along with the chicken for 2 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3 : In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers along with the onions and soy sauce for 2 minutes.
