In a pot, mix the eggs with water and flour to form a creamy batter.
Add the vegetables and mix everything together.
Sauté the octopus and pour the mixture to form small balls.
Cook on both sides and add mayonnaise when serving.
Takoyaki
Ingredients
300 grams of Takoyaki flour
600 milliliters of Water
150 grams of Cooked octopus
3 Eggs
2 Onions
1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
½ Cabbage
Grated ginger
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Takoyaki recipe, first cut the octopus into fine pieces and set aside.
Step 2 : Then, chop the onions, cabbage, and grate the ginger, keeping them separate.
Step 3 : Next, in a pot, mix the eggs with water and flour until you get a creamy batter.
Step 4 : Afterward, add the chopped vegetables and mix everything very well.
Step 5 : In a pan with hot oil, sauté the octopus pieces for about 2 minutes.
Step 6 : Then, pour some of the egg and vegetable mixture over the octopus, forming small balls.
Step 7 : Cook for an additional 2 minutes on each side.
Step 8 : Repeat this process with all the octopus pieces and portions of the mixture.
Step 9 : Once all the Takoyaki are cooked, add a little mayonnaise before serving.
