Ingredients
250 grams of Cooked rice
3 Onions
100 grams of Cooked blue fish
Wasabi
2 tablespoons of Sake
2 tablespoons of Mirin
15 milliliters of Soy sauce
1 Kombu seaweed
15 grams of Green tea leaves
650 milliliters of Boiled water
Ground nori seaweed
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite dish, first mix the mirin, soy sauce, kombu seaweed, and sake in a pot and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, remove the seaweed and let the mixture rest.
Step 3 : Next, chop the onions and cooked fish, then mix them in a bowl.
Step 4 : In the meantime, cook the rice in a pot with water until all the water evaporates, then remove from heat.
Step 5 : Then, brew the green tea leaves in a small pot with water for 3 minutes.
Step 6 : Finally, in the pot with the cooked rice, combine the sake sauce with the onion-topped fish, ground nori seaweed, green tea, and a little wasabi on top.
