Ingredients

2 Daikon radish

2 Eggs

2 Carrots

3 Potatoes

15 grams of Tofu

120 milliliters of Chicken broth

1 tablespoon of Sake

1 cup of Dried seaweed

2 tablespoons of Sugar

10 milliliters of Soy sauce

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, cook the seaweed along with the peeled and chopped carrots and potatoes for half an hour.

Step 2 : Then, add the hard-boiled eggs, tofu, chopped daikon radish, and a little sake, and cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add soy sauce, salt to taste, and sugar to the stew, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Finally, once ready, serve and enjoy.
